Largo, FL (March 31, 2023) – European Equities brokers have completed a lease with Hot Tuna for 2,970 square feet at Royal Plaza.
After nearly a decade since Hot Tuna opened its doors at Bay Arbor shopping center, the sushi establishment is expanding its operations and opening a second location at Royal Plaza. “Hot Tuna Sushi has proven to be a success at our Bay Arbor shopping center,” says David McComas, broker and CEO of European Equities. “They are primed to open a second location, and Royal Plaza is the perfect fit for their expansion,” McComas added.
European Equities, working closely with the business owner, will design and develop their new location to suit the restaurant’s needs.
Royal Plaza was completely renovated in 2022. The neighborhood center is nearly 16,000 square feet of quality retail space. Anchored by a new Dominos Pizza Restaurant, Royal Plaza is a premier mid-Pinellas neighborhood center.
