St. Petersburg, FL (August 4, 2023) – European Equities brokers have completed a lease with Metropolitan Charities, Inc. for 3,000 square feet at Twin Brook Crossings.
Metropolitan Charities is expanding their Bay Area footprint with the addition of a new Metro Inclusive Health medical clinic at the Twin Brook Crossings shopping plaza. “This is their second location as a tenant with us and our second build-out for this tenant,” said David McComas, broker and CEO of European Equities. “We are thrilled that they are entrusting us for a second time to provide them with the optimal workplace that they envision.”
European Equities is designing and reconstructing the 3,000 square foot space into a ‘turn-key’ suite fully-equipped with all of the tenant’s workplace needs. Twin Brooks is a neighborhood shopping center located in south St. Petersburg, Florida on the busiest north-south surface road in Pinellas County. The center was built in 2006 and features several long-term and national credit tenants, including Domino’s Pizza, Suncoast Credit Union and Liberty Tax.
