I have worked with Michael with the European Equities Group for little over a year. Our first encounter with Mike was when he was actually on the other side of the table, representing the landlord in a tenant leasing scenario. Early on, though he was not our broker, I was impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, integrity, quick response timelines and his overall level of service, traits that are not always easy to find with every commercial broker. Soon after that deal had completed, I reached out to Michael and asked if he was interested in working a National brand, Rita's Italian Ice, and representing the franchisee's looking for a location, similar to what we had all just gone through.
