Property Management

We operate over 70 retail locations in the Florida and Texas markets, which allows us to stay connected to each submarket within those marketplaces. From a property management perspective, this day-to-day 'hands-on' experience gives us the unique perspective and insight into stability and operations of the tenants that support the rents and support the valuations of the assets of our clients.

Our property management company manages retail assets, as well as a portfolio of office tenants that require a substantial amount of hands-on maintenance. Our property management team includes engineers, property managers and support staff that are able to facilitate fluid management of our clients’ asset base 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We manage assets for ourselves, as well as for our clients. Our property management team utilizes set procedures and systems to ensure every property receives the attention and services it needs, meaning we actually do treat the assets of our clients as if they were our own, because we use the same exact processes.

Our property management company is integrated with our construction company, to allow us to continuously maintain, modify and update assets in order to meet the needs of each tenant within those properties.

We also understand the need of meticulous preventative maintenance, well-managed improvements and balance budgets. Our management team is boots on the ground, sleeves rolled and wanting to stay in touch with the pulse of our tenant bases, which gives our clients the peace of mind knowing every detail is handled.
