Biography
Chris is a seasoned agent whose primary focus is acquisitions and dispositions office and retail properties, including anchored shopping centers and ground up development. Chris also has extensive experience in leasing and has been involved in Landlord and Tenant representation with clients such as: Anytime Fitness, First Watch, Davita Dialysis, Quest Diagnostics, Bloomin Brands, CertainTeed (The Grid Company), 9 Round, Hungry Greek, Domino’s, Cricket Wireless, Sally’s Beauty, Pawn Max, Subway, Marco’s Pizza, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile and many others. Over the years, Chris has led the sale and acquisition of over $250M in assets and has leased over 2 million square feet of space.
Chris is from Chicago, speaks fluent polish and lives in Palm Harbor with his 2 precious daughters.
