The property sits on 0.321 acres at a signalized intersection between Central Avenue and Dr. MLK Jr. Blvd—one of St. Petersburg’s most trafficked areas, with approximately 11,415 vehicles passing daily.
The center is home to a diverse mix of long-standing and local tenants, including Anytime Fitness, Peaceful Warrior Wellness, Leann’s Nails, and Rare Body Studio. The surrounding area features a daytime population of over 101,000 residents and 7,495 businesses within a five-mile radius, making it a prime location for retailers and service providers.
