Clearwater, FL (September 28, 2023) – European Equities brokers have completed a lease with Immerman Dental for 1,963 square feet at Water’s Edge Office Plaza.
Located in the heart of Clearwater, Water’s Edge is a 36,244 square foot recently remodeled three-story office building with panoramic views overlooking Tampa Bay.
Immerman Dental contracted with Whole Development Construction, a subsidiary company to EEC, to handle the complete demolition and remodel of their new state-of-the art office suite.
