Largo, FL (May 24, 2022) – European Equities brokers have completed a lease with Hair Mechanix for 1,420 square feet at Roosevelt Crossings.
Roosevelt Crossings is a new ‘ground-up’ development from European Equities Corporation, completed in 2023. Roosevelt Crossings is at the southeast corner of East Bay and US 19, between Wawa and Walmart. The recently completed project has 11,500 square feet of retail space.
Hair Mechanix is a nationally recognized barbershop franchise.
