Oldsmar, FL (September 20, 2020) – European Equities brokers have completed a lease with Great Catch for 5,352 square feet at Bay Arbor Plaza.

European Equities Corp., a premier broker of commercial real estate, has completed a lease with Great Catch.

Bay Arbor Plaza is a 65,000+ square foot center consisting of a pair of two-story buildings and an outparcel with First Watch Restaurant, all set in lush landscaping. The main buildings include street level retail and offices on the second floor. With nearly 700 feet of frontage on Tampa Road, Bay Arbor Plaza is the jewel of Oldsmar.
