EUROPEAN EQUITIES ANNOUNCES TEN-YEAR LEASE WITH EMERALD RESTAURANT FOR 5,600-SQUARE-FEET AT BAY ARBOR PLAZA

Oldsmar, FL (September 23, 2024) – European Equities is excited to announce the successful completion of a ten-year lease agreement with Emerald Restaurant for 5,600-square-feet of prime retail space at Bay Arbor Plaza. Emerald Restaurant is owned by Rory Martin, a native of Strandhill, Ireland, and the owner of two upscale Irish pubs in Florida. With his latest venture, Martin is expanding his successful restaurant concept into Oldsmar, bringing a modern upscale Irish-style bar and eatery to the Bay Arbor Plaza location, formerly home to the renowned Salt Rock Grill. While the full menu details are still under development, patrons can expect a creative fusion of Irish and Italian-inspired dishes, along with a wide selection of craft beverages in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
