Clearwater, FL (November 21, 2025) – European Equities is pleased to announce the successful completion of a six-year lease agreement with Soybin Restaurant for 1,300 square feet of retail space at Belleair Commons in Clearwater. David McComas of European Equities represented the company in this transaction.
Soybin is a new Korean-inspired restaurant bringing a fresh, modern dining option to the center. The concept will feature a menu focused on healthy, flavorful offerings, including made-to-order sushi rolls, combo meals, Korean-style rice bowls, and a selection of shareable appetizers. With an emphasis on quality ingredients and approachable dishes, Soybin is designed to provide a casual yet thoughtful dining experience for guests and introduce a contemporary take on Korean cuisine to the surrounding community.
“We’re excited to welcome Soybin Restaurant to Belleair Commons as our newest dining concept,” said David McComas, CEO of European Equities Corporation, who brokered the transaction. “Their fresh, Korean-inspired menu and approachable, healthy offerings will be a great complement to our existing tenants and a fantastic addition for the surrounding community.”
Belleair Commons is a modern neighborhood center positioned just 100 yards north of Belleair Road along U.S. Highway 19 in Clearwater, offering strong frontage and daily visibility at a heavily traveled corridor. Developed in 2008, the property serves a well-established residential base, including the nearby Grand Bellagio at Bay Watch community as well as Bay Aristocrat and Imperial Cove, with continued growth from newer apartments such as The Vue and Arabella of Clearwater. The center is anchored by Dunkin’ and a healthcare marketing firm, with a new Korean restaurant currently underway, contributing to a balanced mix of daily-use and service-oriented tenants. This combination of location, access, and surrounding density positions Belleair Commons as a reliable and convenient destination for the area.
